One teaspoon a day is enough to benefit from the numerous health effects of the algae! Let your creativity flow and spice up your favourite sweet and salty dishes with our Spirulina powder for an extra portion of many natural nutrients. The blue-green powder is particularly suitable for hearty umami sauces, fruity desserts or as a nutrient-rich blue additive in your porridge. Combinations of spirulina with horseradish, lime, dark chocolate, honey, dill, guava, strawberry or raspberry harmonize particularly well. Spirulina powder can also be used as a natural blue food coloring. There are no limits to your imagination! You can find recipe inspiration here.

Vitamins and cell protection!
Spirulina has a high protein content (~60%) and naturally contains many important nutrients. Vitamins found in our Spirulina powder include high levels of vitamin K for healthy bones, vitamin A for immune system and eye health, and iron for blood formation. Spirulina also contains the antioxidant phycocyanin, which is responsible not only for Spirulina’s blue color, but also for its antioxidant effects. Antioxidants are free radical scavengers and protect your cells from oxidative stress. Spirulina is therefore especially valued for its cell-protecting properties.

Produced responsibly!
It is important to protect algae from external influences such as heavy metals, toxins and pesticides. In our closed system made of glass, we offer them controlled conditions. Thanks to a gentle drying process (<40 degrees) they also have raw food quality. Our algae are free of additives and well tolerated. They are produced without genetic engineering nor animal testing and are ideal for daily consumption. For their production we use only sunlight, Austrian drinking water, biogenic CO2 and selected, pure nutrient salts. This makes their production particularly resource-efficient.
