For Jongerius ecoduna GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Jongerius ecoduna”), the sensitive handling of data is extremely important. The collection, process and use of all data takes place exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Telecommunications Act 2003.

We require personal or company-related data for the fulfillment of services, contracts and for the sale of our products with all related rights and obligations, such as: Quotation, order processing, delivery, billing, dunning, etc. The data are collected, stored, processed and used for these purposes.

We process your data as far as necessary for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, execution to the termination of a contract), as well as in accordance with the statutory storage and documentation obligations, the end of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties, except for third parties who are required to process contracts, carry out contracts or comply legal or business obligations (such as tax advisers).

We do not sell or otherwise provide any personal information to other companies in order to promote their own products or services.

It may happen that within our online offer we integrate third-party content, such as Videos from YouTube, Maps from Google Maps or graphics from other websites. This assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third party”) perceive the IP address of the users. Without an IP address, the content could not be sent to the browser of the respective user and therefore not provide the presentation of this content.

We endeavor to only use content from providers which use the IP address for nothing but the delivery of the content. However, we cannot control if third-party providers use the IP address for e.g. statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform users about it.

Despite our careful content control, we assume no liability for the content of external links. The responsibility for the content of linked pages lies solely with their operators.
