- Duration: 01:30 – 02:00 hours
- Times: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 4 pm (last tour starts at 2 pm)
- Price per person: € 20,00 (less than 10 persons: flat charge € 190,00)

Please note: Due to safety reasons, we are not able to give children under 10 years access to our facility. Bus driver are free of charge. It is not permitted to bring Animals into the facility. We offer the guided tours in English or German. Parking places available for cars or busses. Photographing and filming is not permitted. In case of physical impairments, please note that our tour also includes several steps and paths up to 400m.
