Our Spriulina pasta with Austrian spelt are a colorful addition for your diet. The pasta not only tastes delicious, but is also full of vitamins. Thanks to the power of spirulina algae, which was already used by the Aztecs, the pasta provides you with vitamin K for healthy bones and vitamin A for eye health. Also, the spelt used in our Spirulina pasta has been cultivated for centuries and is valued for its properties. A very clear eye-catcher for special dishes combined with an incomparable taste experience for all senses! Our pasta is a colorful and above all valuable addition to a balanced diet. Our spirulina algae is gently dried (below 40°C), and the finished spirulina pasta is only wind dried (30°C) to ensure that valuable nutrients are retained. Made with love by hand, this results in a quality you can taste. Natural, vegan and easily digested, the Spirulina Spelt Pasta brings joy to on your plate – for young and old! Only spelt, water and Spirulina algae – without hidden additives!
Fun fact: The shape of the pasta, rushed spelt bands, is reminiscent of the shape of spirulina under the microscope. Namely, it is spiral-shaped.
It is important to protect algae from external influences, such as heavy metals, toxins and pesticides. In our closed glass system we offer them controlled conditions. Raw food quality thanks to gentle drying. Free of additives and well tolerated. Ideal for daily consumption.
